THEY WONT TURN UP
Avoid booking with castle coaches, I booked a coach for my daughters 18th birthday, I went to the office and paid cash for the coach up front. On the Saturday night no coach turned up and 40 people were left on the side of the road with no transport. The explanation from the company was the driver went to the wrong location. Appalling customer service.
